Handball

Do you want to be handball player? Here's some steps to learn this sport:

1. To score a goal we have to learn how sequence of steps is:

If you are right-handed, you will have to take a left step, next a right step and finally a left step: left-right-left.
If you are left-handed: right-left-right.

2. How to defense the adversary:
It's necessary that you touch the rival. In handball, unlike other sport, you can touch and hit (without violence) your rival in order to avoid that he/she scores a goal.

         Some tips to defense:

- With a hand hold the rival's arm to block his/her throw. With the other hand, hold the rival's shoulder to stop his/her strength.
- Advance and flex one of your legs and keep straight the other one so as to be faster than the rival and avoid he/she goes forward to porter's lodge.

After that, you only have to be ready for getting the most energy to throw the ball and score a goal! Go!

Rosario

Rosario is a girl who is 18 years old. She is my best friend a nearly my sister. She is a true, polite and kind woman and a person in who you can trust. I have to admit that she is the most bad-mood person I know, she is the worst! (Just kidding) (Or not).

I am the Moon, she is the Sun
I am the day, she is the night
I am the left, she is the right
I am the south, she is the north

As you can see, we are completely different people, but there is something which join ourselves: Music.
Around 5 years ago, we were still two girl who only want yo discover a new world. Our other friends listened music that we don't like and this way we realized that we love the same music style. From that, we started to be closer and closer friends and I can say (although it is hard to do) that I love her as if she were my sister.
We have enjoyed a lot of moment together while music was playing. In fact, this summer we have fulfilled the dream of our lives: we were at David Guetta's concert! He is our best icon and obviously we felt in love in the concert. In summary, I want to share more moments like this all my life, but always, with my people.

To my best friend.

Broadway vs. West End

As we all know, Broadway and West End are two amazing places worldwide due to their famous theatres in which are represented popular plays as The Lion King or Cabaret. Many people think that Broadway is much better than West End, others don't think it. Today, I'm going to show you the differences between Broadway and West End in order you choose what is better for you.

Firstly, let's see how many theatres have each one. Broadway has forty theatres which are located in Broadway Avenue and in Lincoln Centre. One of the oldest theatres in Broadway is the New Amsterdam Theatre, and there The Lion King was released in 1997, likewise Mary Poppins in 2006. Another remarkable theatre is the Broadhurst Theatre in which Cabaret was shown for the first time in 1996, getting a great success.
On the other hand, West End has also got about 40 theatres. Two of them are the Apollo Victoria Theatre, where the musical Wicked is playing nowadays, and the Cambridge Theatre, in which plays as Chicago have been represented.Secondly, there are a lot of famous people who have worked in Broadway and West End. In 1996, the Spanish singer Ricky Martin acted in the musical Les Miserables in Broadway and also the fantastic Audrey Hepburn in the musical Gigi in 1951. Other remarkable people who have worked in Broadway have been Woody Allen, Orson Welles or Daniel Radcliffe.

In West End, people as Kevin Spacey won the award for the Best Actor in the play Lost in Yonkers. Another actor who also tried with theatre in the play The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial was David Schwimmer, better-known as his role in the TV serie Friends.

The first theatre in Broadway was created in 1750 by Walter Murray and Thomas Kean, however around one hundred years before, the Theatre Royal was designed in West End by Thomas Killigrew and buit at the existing Theatre Royal, Drury Lane after some fires.

Finally, Broadway and West End have got amazing records. In Broadway the musical which has grossed more money has been The Lion King with $6.200. In fact, nowadays a pass to the musical costs about $200. On the other hand, the musical which has got money money in West End has been The Phantom of the Opera with a total of 4000 pounds a years and a ticket for this musical charges around 61 pounds.

In conclusion, Broadway and West End are two fantastic places for recreation and having a good time. The only problem is that their musical are a bit expensive but ,without any doubts, I invite you to visit both places.

Now, which one is your favourite?

Outline

Do you imagine living in UK?

Every morning, at 6 a.m., we could go out to feel the fog, we could walk around the biggest and the most beautiful parks, we'd see the Big Ben or we could have a tea time. Don’t you know what “tea time” is? Let me I tell you something about it...

My grandmother lived many years in UK and she know a lot about UK. She told me she loved walking near the Big Ben and feeling fresh fog at morning. But the most thing she loved was the tea time. It is a popular tradition which people like to do. Everything started when rich people has a break at afternoon, previously the dinner. That period was at 4pm approximately and they used to drink tea and eating cupcakes. Starting from that, tea time became so popular. It’s not necessary to have tea (although it is the most popular), you can eat what you want for calm the hunger from lunch to dinner because many people preferred to have dinner more lately.
Do you want some tea?

Let's travel!

Since I was little I have been a bit crazy and brave. I always been prepared to discover new things and to do new adventures. I loved going to forest and finding out anything. Nowadays I'd love travelling to all corners around the world: China, USA, Mexico, UK, Brazil, Nepal, etc. I would like climbing steep hills and when I would arrive there, I will be able to see amazing and huge plants which I haven't seen before. Are you keen on photography? There are a lot of beautiful sceneries and terrific views. Likewise, secrets and mysteries that this world hide us as plants, animals, regions and cultures. Hair-raising experiences that make a bit better our world. We will be able to remember all overnights, barbeques, different types of fishes, etc. It doesn't matter that you are tired, we will enjoy the moment with people who we love.

Woman's violence

Women are overrated increasingly. One day I watched an advertisement in TV in which a woman was hit by a man. "I don't want you to wear this skirt" or "who are you talking to?" are two sentences that leaded to "You can't do anything" "you aren't worth it" "I'm not happy by your fault" Seriously, is it love? This is called psychological violence and THIS is violence too. After that, the kick, wounds and hits start to come.
Why? Why men hit woman? Many people has knowledge about that, but where is the other part? Maybe hitting to women. STOP. Nobody is less than nobody, women aren't less than nobody. Education, knowledge. Let's start to be really humans.

Giant's causeway

Here I show the Giant's causeway. It has about 40.000 basalt columns which is located on the coast of Ireland. It was declared Heritage Site in 1986 and was discovered in 1693. From my point of view, it is amazing because it transmits a good feeling, maybe peace or relaxation or for other people it can transmit homesickness or sadness. There are many rocks with a square and circular shape of brown color. These rocks break with the sea while the sky is turning into pink and orange: The night is coming. Definitely this place is perfect to stay there for a while and getting away from all.

Fear of

Fear of loneliness.
Fear of hate, or love.
Fear of darkness.
Fear of sadness.
Fear of having to go.
Fear of being, or not.
Fear of not trying when the moment comes.
Fear of giving up.
Fear of questions and answers.
Fear of sleepless nights.
Fear of not enjoying.
Fear of believing too much.
Fear of failing.
Fear of everything.
Fear of nothing.

Typical food in Spain. Paella.

Paella is a typical food in Spain. Nobody knows why this meal is so famous, however it emerged long years ago and nowadays it continues in our lifes. There are many types of paella: Seafood’s paella or meat’s paella, between other ones. Some people like seafood’s taste, with squid, prawns, mussels or clams. Other people prefer put on their paellas some chicken or pork. Paella is amazing in all ways. All spanish meal should be matched to a fresh beer. It doesn’t matter the brand it belongs, beer is marvelous. If you don’t like beer, Spain has got a long repertory of wine which you can taste in our bars or restaurants. In any way, Spanish people love food and, of course, paella, because it is equal to family meetings and having fun. And truly, that is what really matters, enjoy.
